Hello Everyone!

I welcome you to my blog “Every Day A New Chance.”  I started this blog as a journey of sorts containing information I find along the way and have done concerning health, food, de-cluttering, organizational skills, natural cleaning supplies, the law of attraction, and anything else that tickles my fancy!

In regards to the health aspects of this blog, I am not a doctor nor am I in the health field at all…my blog consists of various options I have followed over the years.  It was of necessity because of not having had health insurance and a basic distrust of many doctors and “experts”.

I was caregiver for my parents for 6 years 24/7 and a parent.  I am not on the various medications that many my age are on and believe in healthy food, fresh air, exercise, enough sleep(though I must say I don’t always get the sleep I should have), plenty of water and positive life thoughts.
I have a Masters’ Degree in Education and have a great love for doing research…when I have a need, I search online and in books to find the answer I need…sometimes it takes a while to sift out all of the misinformation that is out there. Everything I write about, I have tried myself.
I think one thing we need to do is to start thinking for ourselves…not just taking someone’s opinion of something.
Thank you for joining me and I hope that what I cover will be of help to you and may cause you to think a little differently.

til next time…Eva007

  1. No idea you had your Masters in Education, Eva, but it totally makes sense given your penchant for R&R (reading & research). Looking forward to sharing our findings in a new venue here.
